GEA (international) was founded by Mr. Peng
Peigen, a Chinese Canadian architect and professorfrom Tsinghua University. It
is the first Sino-foreign joint venture architecture design organization with
Class A qualification in China. Having developed for 27 years, GEA has now
becomea large architecture design group with 700 employees. It has by far
completed over 1200 engineering design projects.



SDD(GEA shanghai)has a young and passionate
management team, which is steady and innovative. With morethan 120 profession
designers, the companys core design team is consisted of experienced foreign
architects as well as overseas and local excellent architects, of whom nearly
one third have been working for over 10 years and have rich practical
experience. They are the reliable guarantee for high-quality works, which are
under overall control and can be realized.


SDD provides owners with professional
services including consultancy services of feasibility study of real estate,
urban planning and design, architectural design, environmental design, interior
design as well as structure and electromechanical design, and project
management services etc.



SDD has completed works in first-tier
cities like Shanghai, Beijing and Tianjin etc. as well as different provinces
including Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong, Jiangxi, Hubei, Henan and Hebei.



Our clients ranges from real estate
developers to various enterprises, public institutions andgovernmental
agencies; our design works fall into many categories including residence,
commercial and office building, hotel and holiday resort, cultural and
education projects, public andmunicipal works as well as urban complexes, to name
only a few.
