-Architecture/ Interior Design graduated.?
-Minimum 6 years of work experience in Interior Design and/or Construction Industry.?
-Familiar with good documentation pack’s 
– Schematic Design / Detail Design and with China main 
regulations.?
-Solid on-site experience in Large Retail Architecture is a MUST.?
-Basic Architectural/ Structural/ MEP/ Fire Services knowledge background is ESSENTIAL.?
-Knowledge of Local Regulation and Building Code is a plus.?
-Software skills included but not limited to:?
A. AutoCad – Advance High Level.?
B. SketchUp.?
C. Microsoft office.?
D. Keynote.?
E. Photoshop, AI?
F. 3D Max and/ or other related software is a plus.?
-Familiar with construction detail, project documentation and procedure.?
-Must be fluent in Verbal and Written Mandarin. Fluent English is a plus.?
-Immediate availability is preferred.
