職責與要求:
擁有城市規劃或城市設計專(zhuān)業(yè)碩士學(xué)歷,畢業(yè)于國際知名或國內重點(diǎn)大學(xué),對城市未來(lái)有思考、有熱情、有創(chuàng )新意識;
擁有6–10年以上國內甲級設計院或國際規劃設計公司項目經(jīng)驗,具備項目負責人經(jīng)歷;擁有注冊規劃師、高級職稱(chēng)等專(zhuān)業(yè)認證者優(yōu)先;
熟悉城市總體規劃、詳細規劃、城市設計與戰略研究類(lèi)項目流程,能夠獨立承擔從前期研究、概念方案到成果交付的全過(guò)程把控;
具備良好的跨團隊協(xié)作與溝通能力,能夠配合新加坡總部及上海團隊共同推動(dòng)項目管理、團隊組織、合同執行與客戶(hù)關(guān)系;
中英文口頭與書(shū)面表達能力強,能在國際團隊或客戶(hù)面前清晰表達設計理念;
熟悉中國城市發(fā)展政策與規劃體系,理解區域戰略、人口結構、產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同、生態(tài)與交通發(fā)展等關(guān)鍵議題;
具備國際城市規劃與設計經(jīng)驗、新加坡城市規劃背景知識者優(yōu)先;
熟練掌握AutoCAD、Adobe系列、PowerPoint等基本軟件,熟悉Rhino、SketchUp、GIS、Grasshopper等建模與研究工具,有日照、氣候模擬、環(huán)境影響分析等技術(shù)集成能力者優(yōu)先;
具備良好責任感與時(shí)間管理能力,適應出差與彈性工作安排,熱愛(ài)城市與人本空間設計。
Executive / Senior Urban Planner
Qualifications & Requirements:
Master’s degree in Urban Planning or Urban Design from a leading international or top-tier domestic university, with a passion for cities, forward-thinking mindset, and strong sense of innovation.
Minimum 6–10 years of professional experience in Grade A Planning Institute in China or international planning and design firms, with proven experience as a project leader. Professional credentials such as Registered Urban Planner or Senior Technical Titles are preferred.
Proficient in managing the full planning and design process, from early-stage research, conceptual development, to final deliverables, and experience across various types of projects, including master planning, detailed planning, urban design, and strategic studies.
Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills; able to coordinate with both the Singapore headquarters and the Shanghai office to ensure effective project management, team organization, contract execution, and client liaison.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese; capable of clearly presenting planning and design concepts to international teams and clients.
Solid understanding of China’s urban development policies and planning system, with the ability to analyse key issues such as regional strategies, population dynamics, industrial development, ecology, and transportation.
Experience in international projects and familiarity with Singapore’s planning principles are a plus.
Proficient in essential software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and PowerPoint; skilled in tools like Rhino, SketchUp, GIS, and Grasshopper; experience in integrating technical tools for sun/shade analysis, microclimate simulations, and environmental impact assessments is a strong advantage.
Highly responsible, well-organized, and adaptable to travel and flexible working arrangements; passionate about city-making and human-cantered spatial design.
