Responsibilities 職責

1.Responsible for development, evaluation and prioritization of potential business opportunities. 
負責開(kāi)發(fā)、評估和力爭潛在的商業(yè)機會(huì )。
2.Represent the company at industry and partnering conferences. 
代表公司參加行業(yè)和合作會(huì )議。
3.Client relationship maintenance.
客戶(hù)關(guān)系維護。
4.Participate company business developing strategy, execution plan developing and periodic review. 
參與公司的商務(wù)拓展策略、執行方案制定及定期審核調整。
5.Leading/Supporting proposal initiating and preparation 
主導/支持投標方案準備及提交。

Qualifications and skills 資格和技能

1.Bachelor’s degree in business developing, Industry Engineering and/or relevant. 
市場(chǎng)拓展、工業(yè)工程或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位。
2.At least 10 years work experience in Semiconductor/ Pharmaceutical industry, sounded experiences in business/project opportunity developing, commercial negotiation is preferred. 
至少10年以上半導體/生物技術(shù)/制藥行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗，有主導合作意向談判經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
3.Strong communication and presentation skills, English oral and writing is preferred. 
具有非常好的溝通和表達能力，具有英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和寫(xiě)作能力者優(yōu)先。
4.Ability to work with cross functional teams. 
能夠跨職能部門(mén)合作。
